I hesitate to add my own high-pitched cackle of "I told you so" to what is, I'm sure, already a cacophony of fan-boy outrage. But these pictures necessitate it. They've completely subverted everything I liked about the look and tone of the comic book. The one good thing that might come out of this movie is that it could bury Zach Snyder's career forever.
